Luke,
Thanks for your comment. I had already upgraded to 4.2.8 and the problems still existed. My problems went away when I downgraded to 4.2.6b. I experienced these problems under 4.2.7c, 4.2.7d and 4.2.8. Many issues may have been worked out, but the crashing/logging out issue was definitely still there.

I have already been in email conversations with CE support, and my case was assigned to a programmer. They told me that they would contact me when they had fixed the issue.

Thanks for your comments. We did get a few calls at Covenant Eyes about 4.2.6c. With our newest version, 4.2.8 (http://www.covenanteyes.com/download/) we have worked out the majority of those problems.

Feel free to download the newest version and if there is still a problem we'd love to talk to you in our Help and Support Center (1-877-479-1119). Thanks again for your comments: its from Covenant Eyes members like you that we get some of our most constructive comments and are able to refine our accountability service.
